How hard was it to convert the Type-R (M62) Blower to fit on the LS? And how much did it cost?

Search this forum under my username for all the details. In a nutshell:
Machine work - $200-250 --- I recommend Endyn do the work
Different belts $30
TypeR FPR $80
TypeR throttle cable $20
Lets call it $400. Plus I got a 4.0" 6psi pulley from JRCivic "slightly used". The TypeR kits comes with a 4.2" pulley to yield 5.5 psi.
As things are (6 psi, AEM CAI) output is about the same as an M45 setup at 6 psi, a bit more torque down low.
Once I open up the exhaust I should see the real return on my investment.
